Glennis Stuckey

Director + Software Specialist

Glennis leads the Katalyst Team and enjoys helping business owners get better use of their Xero and WorkflowMax.

She has studied office systems and business computing and, before starting Katalyst, worked in stock control, trade and retail sales, customer service and IT roles.

Brendon Stuckey

Director + Business Advisory

Brendon works with business owners to improve profits and build a sale-able asset.

Having successfully built and sold his own business in the property sector, Brendon has practical experience in how to achieve strong financial outcomes, while also creating a positive, results-focussed team culture and achieving a healthy work-life balance.

Brendon has worked in the field of engineering and also in a leadership capacity within a manufacturing company.

Anne Dryburgh


Anne Dryburgh, a finance all-rounder, brings a wealth of experience to Katalyst’s bookkeeping team. With a background in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, Anne’s expertise spans various sectors including healthcare and environmental industries. Her adaptability is evident in her proficiency with software like Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Sage WageEasy, and Jiwa. Anne’s strengths lie in her people focus, attention to detail, excellent planning and prioritization skills, and her positive, self-motivated nature. Having worked in both Brisbane and Auckland, Anne’s diverse experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to our team.

Buddhima Wijeewera

Software Support Coordinator

Buddhima, with a background in software development and application integration, is a skilled professional in the software services domain, excels in implementing and supporting client-focused software solutions.  His experience spans finance and telecommunication sectors, across various technical platforms, enabling him to offer practical and effective support to clients.

Buddhima’s expertise is crucial in helping clients navigate and utilise software efficiently, ensuring they get the most out of their technology investments. His ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible manner makes him an invaluable asset to both the team and clients at Katalyst.

Dana Williams


With more than 17 years’ experience in accounts, operations, administrative and customer service roles within New Zealand SMEs, Dana has an excellent understanding of the importance of working with speed, accuracy and professionalism. Hard working and reliable, she is also approachable and thrives on a busy work day.

Dana’s practical skills are underpinned by her Diplomas in both Business and Management and complemented by her experience using a range of software – from Xero and MYOB to WorkflowMax and a range of other SaaS solutions.

Daveena Smith


With over 10 years of experience working in office administration and payroll management, Daveena is a highly experienced bookkeeper who has exceptional office management skills. With a keen eye for detail, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive bookkeeping support.

Daveena’s top-notch bookkeeping skills are underlined by her comprehensive knowledge of handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, customer accounts, debt collection and general account administration. With her meticulous organisational skills, Daveena ensures streamlined financial processes for all our clients.

Jo Dow

Katalyst Accounts + Bookkeeper

Jo handles our accounts at Katalyst and provides Bookkeeping services for our clients.

Having previously worked as an ‘in-house’ accounts clerk, Jo understands just how important the accounts function is to keeping a business running smoothly. She has more than 15 years’ experience in accounts roles, backed by a Certificate in Small Business Accounting.

Lara Greenway

Team Leader + Bookkeeper + Special Projects

With more than 20 years’ experience in business and financial administration, Lara is an invaluable asset to our clients.

Proficient in a wide range of software systems, including Xero, Google Workspace and more, she has a talent for simplifying processes to streamline the way businesses run.

Lara’s career experience and skills are complemented by her tertiary degree – a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Lyn Cook

Bookkeeper + Payroll Specialist

With more than 25 years’ office administration experience under her belt, Lyn has a wealth of experience to offer our clients.

Prior to joining Katalyst, she held a sole charge office administration role and was responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, IRD returns, cashflow forecasts and payroll for 100 staff.

Marilyn Stone


Even in school Marilyn was passionate with figures and bookwork and carried that on into her working life. She has a vast range of administration experience. She even started the old-fashioned way as an Office Junior and within 12 months took over a senior role and managing an office by 17 years old.

Having owned and operated several businesses and also being employed with various companies has given Marilyn the opportunity of experiencing life from both sides of the business spectrum and has instilled in her the importance that small businesses contributes to the country.

Nicola Hobbs


Hard working and strong under pressure, Nicola has 20 years’ experience in administration and office management across a range of industries. With most of her working life spent within small and medium-sized organisations, Nicola is adept at addressing and solving the issues that business owners face in keeping their accounts in order.

Highly experienced in managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll, GST and other tax obligations, Nicola’s meticulous eye for detail means she can be relied upon to ensure every aspect of your administration is under control.

Sharon is a seasoned Bookkeeper with over fifteen years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll management, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. With a keen eye for detail, she has served as Finance Manager at a leading Trans-Tasman payroll software and services provider.

Sharon excels in navigating New Zealand payroll regulations and governmental obligations. Known for her positivity and high standards of honesty, discretion, and professionalism, she takes great pride in delivering accurate and timely financial information, crucial for her clients. Passionate about leveraging her skills and expertise, Sharon is committed to driving your business’s growth and success.

Tasha Ball


Natasha (Tasha) Ball combines her extensive experience in accounting with operational management expertise to excel as a bookkeeper at Katalyst. With over a decade in various leadership and accounting roles, she is adept at handling complex bookkeeping tasks, including GST, PAYE, and payroll for large teams. Tasha’s ability to identify and implement process improvements, coupled with her strength in building strong stakeholder relationships, enhances both the efficiency and effectiveness of the bookkeeping services she provides. Her empathetic and collaborative approach ensures she is a valuable team member, dedicated to supporting clients and colleagues alike.
