- Liaise with government organisations, such as Inland Revenue.
- Comply with our legal obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Act 2009.
Note: Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide verified identity documentation, we will be unable to provide services captured under the AML/CFT Act 2009.
How We Share and Protect Data
We only share this information with third parties (such as law enforcement or regulatory bodies) when necessary to comply with our legal requirements.
To keep your information safe, we:
- Store data in secured systems with password-only access.
- Limit access to authorized staff and auditors only.
- Retain information for five to seven years from the date of our last interaction, after which it is securely destroyed via digital erasure or physical shredding.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you believe it is incorrect.
