We have used Katalyst as our virtual bookkeeper since April 2015 and are very happy with their services. I am a stickler for attention to detail. Katalyst have been very responsive to this need and coded our business expenses according to my preferences. This have given me a lot of peace of mind and I do not need to metaphorically look over their shoulder. They also process our payroll via the iPayroll platform and keep us up to date with all things payroll related. We have not looked back after transitioning over to Xero and using Katalyst’s services.

Glennis is a whizz at trouble shooting any of our WorkflowMax issues. We prepare our invoices in WorkflowMax and then send them out to our clients via Xero. She has been integral in stream lining this process and helping set up any reports that are needed. She is efficient and very responsive to our requests for help.
