Glennis Stuckey – Director
Xero Certified Bookkeeper, WorkflowMax Certified Advisor & Certified Member of the NZ Bookkeeping Association
A born and bred entrepreneur, Glennis leads the Katalyst team. Her first bookkeeping role was at 21, when her parents owned the BP in Tuakau and she managed the ledgers manually. She is now a Xero Certified bookkeeper, and is expert in a range of affiliate programmes, such as WorkflowMax.
Glennis has studied office systems and business computing and, before starting Katalyst, worked in stock control, trade and retail sales, customer service and IT roles. In 2008, Glennis established Katalyst and, since then, the business has grown largely on the strength of referrals from satisfied clients.
As well as owning Katalyst, Glennis is a seasoned property investor and loves all things cars – including the Katalyst-sponsored saloon car that her husband races at Waikaraka Park and the Katalyst car itself, which gets raced around Pukekohe now and again (Mazda MPS).
Amber Ranganui – Bookkeeping Manager

With more than 15 years’ experience in a range of roles, including running her own bookkeeping business in Australia, Amber knows all the ins and outs of bookkeeping management.
In her previous role she was a member of the management team and was involved in all day-to-day financial functions of the business, as well as office and administration.
Amber has a Diploma of Accounting and a Certificate III in Financial Services. She is a Certified Consultant with Xero, Professional Partner with MYOB and is Certified with the New Zealand Bookkeepers Association.
Joanne Dow – aka Jo – Bookkeeper

Having previously worked as an ‘in-house’ accounts clerk, Jo understands just how important the accounts function is to keeping a business running smoothly. With more than ten years’ experience in accounts roles, backed by a Certificate in Small Business Accounting, she is a pro at keeping her clients’ books in order.
Whether you need assistance with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, GST, payroll, debtor management or data entry, Jo can help.
As well as possessing an extensive knowledge of Xero and a range of other accounting systems, Jo is also highly proficient with online payroll systems.
Lyn Moray-Cook – Bookkeeper

With 25 years’ office administration experience under her belt, Lyn has a wealth of experience to offer our clients.
Prior to joining Katalyst, she held a sole charge office administration role and was responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, IRD returns, cashflow forecasts and payroll for 100 staff.
A highly experienced user of Xero and MYOB, Lyn is adept at liaising with accountants to ensure our clients’ books are in perfect order come year end.
Laurie Clemens – Office Manager
Expert at accounts and cash flow management, reporting, PAYE and bank reconciliations, Laurie keeps the Katalyst offices running smoothly. She is the first port of call for any clients with accounts-related queries.
An incredibly competent office manager, Laurie is also has specialist administrative experience in the legal and financial sectors.
When she’s not keeping our own books in order, Laurie can often be found keeping visiting clients happy with her awesome coffee making skills.
